We take care of all the planning: selecting suppliers, designing the venue, coordinating the ceremony, managing the catering and being there on the big day so that everything flows. Everything you need to know before you start

Do you only work with weddings?

Not at all. Weddings are an important part of what we do, but we organise all kinds of private events: birthdays, anniversaries, family celebrations, theme parties and much more. If you have a special moment you want to celebrate, we'll take care of it.

Can you organise events in any space?

Yes, we have our own spaces - Finca Feligrés and El Frontón - which we already know in detail, but we can also adapt to external locations. If you already have a space in mind, we coordinate everything there. If not, we help you find it.

Can you help us find the location?

Of course. Finding the perfect venue is one of the most important steps and also one of the most stressful. We take care of pre-selecting options according to the type of event, the number of guests and the style you are looking for, and we accompany you on the visits until you find the ideal venue.

How is the process of working with you?

It all starts with a first call or meeting without obligation, where we listen to you and understand what you are looking for. From there we draw up a personalised proposal. If we fit, we start planning: suppliers, space, decoration, logistics and coordination on the day of the event. We are with you every step of the way.

How far in advance should planning begin?

It depends on the type of event. For a wedding, we recommend starting between 12 and 18 months in advance in order to have the best selection of venues and providers. For private events, 3 to 6 months is usually enough, although if you have a very specific date or a highly demanded space, the sooner the better. Do you already have a date in mind? Write to us and we will let you know how feasible it is.
